As a software tool that facilitates customer communication, Contact Button has a big responsibility that we take very seriously.

Below you will find more information about the steps we take to secure your data and private information.

Data Protection and Third Parties

First and foremost, we only store data that’s necessary to make the product work and to help us improve it. If it’s not essential, we don’t keep it.

Your data will never be sold. Any data shared with third parties is solely for the purpose of making our product function properly.

We don’t store payment information or credit card details. All transactions are processed through Stripe, a secure, PCI-DSS compliant service provider.

We follow GDPR requirements to ensure that we can serve our European customers. Customers from outside the EU benefit from the same level of privacy protection. To exert any GDPR right, please email us at privacy@contactbutton.com.

Physical Security

We host our full application in Europe using an industry leader in cloud hosting. Their data centers are known for maintaining top-tier privacy and security.

Encryption

All of our backups are fully encrypted. In the highly unlikely case of a breach, the data would be unreadable and useless to anyone who might try to read it.

We use modern TLS encryption for all communication with our app, ensuring that your data is safe while it’s being transferred.
